SFAKIANAKISS.A.announces that its 100% subsidiary EXECUTIVE LEASE S.A., according to the decision of the Ordinary General Meeting of the company made on 04.02.2014 proceeded to the reduction of its share capital by € 10.1 mil. with a corresponding decrease in the nominal value of each share from € 10.00 to € 6.00 and capital return with cash to SFAKIANAKISS.A., which has been approved by the relevant authorities.
