In accordance with Regulation of the Committee of European Community no 2273/2003, article 4, par.4,  MLS MULTIMEDIA S.A.  announces that following the decision of the Annual General Meeting of the Shareholders of the Company (dated June 29, 2012)  and the Board of Director's resolution (dated June 29, 2012) purchased 156.505 own shares total value of 374.030 euros and sold them total value of 534.466 euros.

The company holds no buyback shares.
