Application to enter into the procedure under article 99 of Law 3588/2007

Dias SA (“the company”) informs the investing public that the company submitted on the 10^th of June 2014 before the competent Courts of Athens an application to enter into the conciliation procedure under article 99 of Law 3588/2007. The company has also submitted an application asking for a creditor protection interim order in favor of the company and its subsidiaries.

Therefore, the hearing of the voluntary bankruptcy petition before the competent Courts of Athens is suspended.

The company will inform the investing public for any development.
