13.6.2014 The company FORTHNET S.A. announces that it received a statement of objections from the Commission for the Protection of Competition of the Republic of Cyprus, within the framework of an examination procedure that has commenced, regarding the cooperation of an affiliated company of FORTHNET S.A. with Cyprus Telecommunications Authority, which cooperation concerns the disposal of the TV content of the pay TV channels NOVACINEMA and NOVASPORTS via Cytavision platform.  FORTHNET S.A. shall state its οpinions through a submission of a written statement on the case within the time limits provided for, as well as during the oral procedure in the scheduled date of hearing.
