ANNOUNCEMENT

METAL CONSRUCTIONS OF GREECE (METKA) S.A. announces that following the election of the members of the Company's new Board of Directors by the General Meeting of the Shareholders of 18.06.2014, the Company's Audit Committee in accordance with article 37 par. 1 of Law 3693/2008 on the Audit of Annual & Consolidated Accounts shall be composed of the following persons:  Mr Filippos Zotos, father's name Evangelos, mother's name Kassiani; Mr Isosif Avagianos, father's name Andreas, mother's name Athina; and Mr Nikolaos Bakirtzoglou, father's name Charalambos, mother's name Georgia.

In accordance with the Company's Internal Regulation, the above committee shall report to the Board of Directors through regular and ad hoc reports and shall work in close and constant cooperation with the Internal Audit Department.
