Announcement of significant change to the voting rights according to the L.3556
METKA S.A. hereby announces, pursuant to Article 9 of Law 3556/2007 and having notified its shareholder KEMPEN CAPITAL MANAGEMENT N.V. accordingly, that on June 2nd 2014 an alteration was made to the authorization given in exercising voting rights. As a result of said alteration, KEMPEN CAPITAL MANAGEMENT N.V. will directly exercise its voting rights in relation to the 3 066 198 shares that it holds in METKA S.A., which amount to 5.90% of its registered share capital. Said alteration did not result from a buyout or the sale of shares.
