ELVAL S.A. -  HELLENIC ALUMINIUM INDUSTRY, announces that based on the decision No. Κ2-2535/30-5-2014 of the Ministry of Development and Competitiveness approved the adsorption of ELVAL COLOUR S.A. by ELVAL S.A. in accordance with the provisions of article 69-78 of P.L. 2190/1920 and articles 1-5 of L. 2166/1993. Transformation balance sheet date had been set for 31/12/2013.
