“Hygeia s.a”:  undertakes management of Henry Dunant Hospital

Within the obligation to inform the investor community, the company “Diagnostic and Therapeutic Center of Athens HYGEIA SA” (hereinafter “the Company”) announces it has undertaken to manage the healthcare services offered by the Non-profit Charitable Institution “HENRY DUNANT Hospital”, following a unanimous decision by the institute's BoD.

The Company wishes to thank the BoD of “HENRY DUNANT” Hospital and “Piraeus Bank” for the trust they have shown towards the Management of HYGEIA Group.

HYGEIA Group is a subsidiary of MARFIN INVESTMENT GROUP SA (MIG) and its investment arm in the area of healthcare services.
