“ELVAL S.A. – HELLENIC ALUMINIUM INDUSTRY” announces, according to the item 9 of the agenda of the Annual Shareholders Meeting which will take place on 27^th May 2014, that the expansion of the Company's object will be proposed, by adding energy, in its corporate activities.

Consequently, article 4 will be amended as follows:

The Company's object is:

Production, industrial processing and trade of aluminium and other metals, as well as any type of wrought product derived from them.

Production, processing, supply and trade of energy, in any form and type of product.

Participation in companies of any form and area of economic activity, in Greece or abroad.
