- Mr. Antonios Athanassoglou, Executive Vice-Chairman of the company, on April 17th, 2008 acquired 1,000 common registered shares of Proton Bank S.A. of a total net value of Euro 7,000
- Mr. Georgios Nikiforakis , Manager of Financial Services of the company, on April 17th, 2008 acquired 22,000common registered shares of Proton Bank S.A. of a total net value of Euro 154,439.88
- Mr. Antonios Athanassoglou, Executive Vice-Chairman of the company, on April 17th, 2008 acquired 1,000 common registered shares of Proton Bank S.A. of a total net value of Euro 7,000
- Mr. Georgios Nikiforakis , Manager of Financial Services of the company, on April 17th, 2008 acquired 22,000common registered shares of Proton Bank S.A. of a total net value of Euro 154,439.88
