DIAS AQUACULTURE S.A., in accordance with Law 3556/2007 and Decision 1/434/03.03.2007 (article 11) of the Hellenic Capital Market Commission, announces that on 03/04/2008, Liossis Ioannis, Independent non-executive member of the company, (person obliged to notify pursuant to article 13 of L.3340/2005), bought 500 common shares with voting rights of the company, with a total net value of 1.800,00 euros, on 04/04/2008 bought 1.000 common shares with voting rights of the company, with a total net value of 3.735,00 euros and on 07/04/2008 bought 2.410 common shares with voting rights of the company, with a total net value of 9.140,00 euros.
