Following its notice dated 27/9/2007 with respect to the decision of the Corporate Board of Directors on 25/9/2007 regarding the purchase of treasury stocks, and under article 4 of Directive (EC) No 2273/2003, EUROMEDICA S.A. announces that from 11/3/2008 to 27/3/2008 it proceeded to the purchase of 17,479 treasury stocks at a mean acquisition price of 8.2950 euros.
