Nel Lines S.A., according to law 3556/2007(articles 3 and 21) and article 11 of decision 1/434/03.07.2007 of the Hellenic Capital Market Commission, announces that Mrs. Anna Boutsouridou, a person closely associated with the Managing Director of the Company, (wife of Mr. Apostolos Ventouris, considered an insider according to article 13 of law 3340/2005), purchased 100.000 common shares, with a value of Euro 70.000,00 on April 9th 2008 and 670.000 common shares with a value of Euro 479.154,76 today, April 10th 2008 through an investment account.
