According to the provisions of L.3556/2007 (articles 3 (xvi), (bb) and 21), in conjunction with article 11 of Decision 1/434/3.7.2007 of the Capital Markets Commission, Proton Bank reports than Mr. Antonios Athanassoglou (person obliged to notify pursuant to article 13 of L.3340/2005) :
-On March 26th, 2008 acquired 23,460 common registered shares of Proton Bank S.A. of a total net value of Euro 175,178.40.
-On March 27th, 2008 acquired 66,457 common registered shares of Proton Bank S.A. of a total net value of Euro 497,881.22.
