The company TERNA S.A. announces that according to the Law 3556/2007, the Decision 1/434/03.07.2007 and the Circular nr. 33 of the Hellenic Capital Market Commission, that GEK S.A., which is closely associated to Mr. Nikolaos Kambas, Chairman of the Board of Directors of TERNA S.A., proceeded to the purchase of 4.000 common nominal shares on 17/03/2008, of total value of 26.020,00 euro.
