According to the provisions of L.3556/2007 (articles 3 (xvi), (bb) and 21), in conjunction with article 11 of Decision 1/434/3.7.2007 of the Capital Markets Commission, Proton Bank reports:
- Mr. Antonios Athanassoglou, Executive Vice-Chairman of the company, on April 9th, 2008 acquired 11,086 common registered shares of Proton Bank S.A. of a total net value of Euro 78,463.16 . Additionally, on April 10th, Mr. Athanassoglou acquired 30,050 common registered shares of Proton Bank S.A. of a total net value of Euro 210,885 .
- Mr. Athanasios Papaspiliou , General Manager and Executive Member of the BoD of the company, on April 9th, 2008 acquired 8,310 common registered shares of Proton Bank S.A. of a total net value of Euro 58,867.96.
- Mr. Antonios Athanassoglou, Executive Vice-Chairman of the company, on April 9th, 2008 acquired 11,086 common registered shares of Proton Bank S.A. of a total net value of Euro 78,463.16 . Additionally, on April 10th, Mr. Athanassoglou acquired 30,050 common registered shares of Proton Bank S.A. of a total net value of Euro 210,885 .
