Financial Calendar 2008
According to the provisions of the articles 275 and 292 of the ATHEX Regulation regarding Special Obligations of companies' with shares listed in Large Capitalization, the company REDS S.A. announces its financial calendar for 2008 as follows:
A) The Annual Economic statements will be posted on the company's and ASE site on 28th March 2008, after the closing of the Stock Exchange session and will be published on 31st March 2008.
Β) The annual Analysts' Briefing date regarding the financial results of the Company will be Thursday 9th April 2008.
Γ) The date of the Ordinary General Shareholders' Assembly will be Thursday 23rd May 2008.
Δ) The dividends' cut-off date for the use of 2007 will be Thursday 29th May 2008. Entitled to dividends are Company's share owners upon closing of the 28th May 2008 session.
Ε) The date when dividends will start being paid for the use of 2007 will be 5th June 2008. Dividend payment process will be announced by the Company in the near future.
