PRESS RELEASE: FINANCIAL RESULTS 2007
Regarding the Annual Financial Statements of 31/12/2007, complied with the International Financial Reporting Standards, the management informs the investing public and the shareholders the following.
The Company
The company' s turnover for the year 2007 amounted to euro 120.930 thousand versus euro 97.148 thousand in 2006, increased by 24,5%. The profits before taxes reached euro 1.214 thousand versus euro 514 thousand the previous year, recording an increase of 136,2%. The profits after taxes amounted to euro 637 thousand versus euro 327 thousand in 2006 increased by 94,8%.
The main reasons that contributed to the increase of the above mentioned results were:
1. The increase of the Sales due to cooperation agreements with new principals and the expansion of the existing ones.
2. Improvement of gross margin.
3. Improvement of other operating income and expenses.
The Group
In 2007 the consolidated turnover increased by euro 56.251 thousand or 27,1%, reaching euro 215.616 thousand versus euro 207.762 thousand in the previous year.
Profits before taxes amounted to euro 10.110 thousand (versus euro 11.550 thousand in 2006) and are attributed firstly to the company ''SC GATEDOOR HOLDINGS COM S.R.L.'' which profits before taxes reached euro 6.319 thousand (versus euro 6.416 thousand in 2006) and to ''VIOTROS A.E.'' which profits before taxes amounted to euro 2.671 thousand (versus euro 611 thousand in 2006).
In General, the course of the Group for the year 2007 was good achieving growth in the consolidated turnover, increased profits and satisfactory financial figures.
The above mentioned positive financial performance is also attributed to the financial results of some of the subsidiary companies that have realized their objectives.

The profits after taxes amounted to euro 637 thousand versus euro 327 thousand in 2006 increased by 94,8%.

Profits before taxes amounted to euro 10.110 thousand (versus euro 11.550 thousand in 2006) and are attributed firstly to the company ''SC GATEDOOR HOLDINGS COM S.R.L.'' which profits before taxes reached euro 6.319 thousand (versus euro 6.416 thousand in 2006) and to ''VIOTROS A.E.'' which profits before taxes amounted to euro 2.671 thousand (versus euro 611 thousand in 2006).
In General, the course of the Group for the year 2007 was good achieving growth in the consolidated turnover, increased profits and satisfactory financial figures.
The above mentioned positive financial performance is also attributed to the financial results of some of the subsidiary companies that have realized their objectives.
