2008 Financial Calendar
VIOHALCO, HELLENIC COPPER AND ALUMINIUM INDUSTRY S.A. according to the articles 275 paragraph 1d and 292 paragraph 2 of the Athens Stock Exchange Regulation, regarding the Financial Calendar, for the year 2008, announces the following:
The Annual Financial Statements and Consolidated Annual Financial Statements, for the fiscal year 2007, will be published on Saturday, March 29th, 2008.
The Annual Meeting with the Analysts, regarding the information on the 2007 Financial Results, will be held on Wednesday, May 7th, 2008.
The Annual General Meeting of the Company' s Stockholders will be held on Friday, June 13th, 2008.
The Ex- Dividend date will be Friday, June 27th, 2008 and the dividend payment will start on Monday, July 7th, 2008.
The Annual Financial Statements and Consolidated Annual Financial Statements, for the fiscal year 2007, will be published on Saturday, March 29th, 2008.
The Annual Meeting with the Analysts, regarding the information on the 2007 Financial Results, will be held on Wednesday, May 7th, 2008.
The Annual General Meeting of the Company' s Stockholders will be held on Friday, June 13th, 2008.
The Ex- Dividend date will be Friday, June 27th, 2008 and the dividend payment will start on Monday, July 7th, 2008.
