In response to the Hellenic Capital Market Commission and Athens Exchange letters dated 11/4/2008, NEL LINES S.A. would like to inform investors that Mr. Vardinoyiannis and / or companies that he has interests in (except ANEK) has expressed interest in the potential participation for undistributed shares from NEL LINE'S current share capital increase, for an approximate value of 5 million euro.
This participation is viewed as an investment.
