ELVAL SA, pursuant to Law 3556/2007 (article 3 (ist), (bb) and article 21 in conjunction with article 11 of Decision 1/434/3-7-07 of the Hellenic Capital Market Committee) announces that VIOHALKO SA, legal entity related to the President of the Board of Directors Mr. Panagiotopoulos Ioannis, (liable person according to article 13 of Law 3340/2005), proceeded on March 14, 2008, to the purchase of 3.100.000 shares of our Company, of a total net value of 7.316.000,00 euro.
