In accordance to Law 3556/2007 (article 15) and following the announcement of 27.02.2008, Benrubi S.A. announces the sale of 250.000 common shares during the session of 28.02.08, through Proton Bank S.A., at α price 4,81 per share. Τhe transaction was pre-agreed and the total value amounted to 1.202.500 euros.
