AXON HOLDINGS SOCIETE ANONYME would like to hereby inform its shareholders and investors that it proceeded today in signing the Statutes of Incorporation No 7099/29-02-2008 as regards the incorporation of the societe anonyme with the corporate name "AXON FINANCE FINANCIAL SERVICES AND CONSULTING SOCIETE ANONYME".
The scope of the new company is to provide financial services and consultation with an emphasis on investment banking services.
The said company is seated in the Municipality of Halandri, Attiki, and its initial share capital is set at three hundred thousand Euros (300,000) divided into thirty thousand (30,000) registered shares of a nominal value of ten (10) Euros each.
AXON HOLDINGS SOCIETE ANONYME holds 60% of the share capital of the said company, while the remaining 40% is held by the Managing Director of AXON HOLDINGS SOCIETE ANONYME, Mr Panaghiotis Doumanoglou.
The first Board of Directors is composed of the following persons:

3.Mr Athanasios Diakoumis of Spyridonos, Member

The term of the first Board of Directors is set until the company's first Ordinary General Meeting of the shareholders that shall convene within the first six months following the expiration of the first fiscal year that ends on 31 December 2009.
