Comments on a press publication
IASO SA commenting on yesterday's press publication of "Kathimerini" newspaper informs the investment community as follows:
The IASO Group has indeed invested euro 7,00 mil. Management notes that it is amongst its main concerns and policies to continuously upgrade the medical services offered, based on the use of state of the art medical equipment. The IASO SA management reminds that total group?s investments, for the fiscal year 2007, have already been announced in the Annual Financial Statements which are posted at IASO's (www.iaso.gr) and Athens Exchange's (www.athex.gr) websites.
As far as the press publication that IASO Group is considering the spinning-off, of IASO General, Management states that such a case is not valid since IASO General is an independent legal entity and affiliated Company of IASO SA, it is not a sector or department of IASO SA so as to spin it off.
