With reference to articles in the Press and in response to the Letter from the Capital Market Committee with protocol no. 1479/31-3-2008 regarding the conclusion of a strategic collaboration agreement between the subsidiary of our Group HERON THERMOELECTRIC S.A. and the Belgian electricity company ELECTRABEL, we inform you that our aim is to expand our activities in the energy sector. Therefore, the Management of the company HERON THERMOELECTRIC S.A. has been looking into several potential co operations with other companies, including Electrabel. Such discussions with these companies up to date have been informative, in order to examine possible future collaboration.
The Management of the Group will notify the investors in case of reaching an agreement, always according to the applicable rules imposing obligations to Companies to inform the Investors.
