According to the provisions of L.3556/2007 (articles 3 (xvi), (bb) and 21), in conjunction with article 11 of Decision 1/434/3.7.2007 of the Capital Markets Commission, Proton Bank reports the following transactions held by persons obliged to notify pursuant to article 13 of L.3340/2005:
- On March 14th, 2008 Mr. Antonios Athanassoglou acquired 6,000 common registered shares of Proton Bank S.A. of a total net value of Euro 49,080.
- On March 17th, 2008 Mr. Antonios Athanassoglou acquired 62,434 common registered shares of Proton Bank S.A. of a total net value of Euro 475,070.24
- On March 17th, 2008 Mr. Elias Lianos acquired 9,500 common registered shares of Proton Bank S.A. of a total net value of Euro 71,550
