The Company DIAS PORTFOLIO INVESTMENTS S.A. (DIAS), in accordance with article 2, paragraph 2e of the decision 3/347/12.7.2005 of the Hellenic Capital Market Commission and the article 281 of the Regulation of the Athens Stock Exchange, informs the investors that Mr Nikitas Pittis on 09/04/2008 submitted his resignation from his position as an independent and non executive member of its Board of Directors. The Board of Directors of the Company, in its meeting on 09/04/2008 accepted Mr Nikitas Pittis' resignation, expressing him its gratitude for his cooperation and elected Mr George Papazoglou as a new independent and non executive member.
Mr George Papazoglou holds an MBA in Finance from Columbia University, USA. He has a rich international experience in money markets, merchandises, bonds and stock as well as in synthetic financial products. He has been working in OLAYAN Group from 1989 where he currently serves as a Vice President with responsibility for Greece and Balkans.
There are no other changes in the composition and the responsibilities of the members of the Board of Directors as well as in the composition of the Company's Governance Committees according to the provisions of its Internal Regulation. The Company's representation remains the same.
