ASPIS BANK ATE announces that the organization chart of the Bank has been implemented with new placements and promotions of executives.
More specifically, by way of the decision of the Bank's Board of Directors dated 11.3.2008, in conjunction with the decision of the Bank's Board of Directors dated 20.3.2008, all previous notifications are being annulled and the organizational structure in accordance with the new placements is being put into force, as follows:
1.Mr. Antonis Petrakis is placed at the position of Management Consultant, as Executive Management Consultant.
2.The following persons are placed at the position of General Managers of the Bank:
Mr. Georgios Dagiantis, as Corporate Banking General Manager.
Mr. Nikolaos Mallouchos, as Operational Support General Manager.
