FINANCIAL CALENDAR
In accordance with articles 275, par. 1, d' and 292 par.2 of the Athens Stock Exchange Regulation regarding the Financial Calendar the company FORTHnet S.A. announces the following:
- The annual audited financial statements of the Company and the Group for the year ended December 2007 will be published on March 19th, 2008.
- The Ordinary General Meeting of Shareholders will take place on June 13th, 2008.
- The annual analyst presentation of the company's financial results for 2007 will take place on the 14th of April 2008, at the premises of the "ASSOCIATION OF GREEK INSTITUTIONAL INVESTORS".
- No dividend payment will take place for the fiscal year 2007.
- The annual audited financial statements of the Company and the Group for the year ended December 2007 will be published on March 19th, 2008.
