The Company I KATHIMERINI SA announces that on 31/03/2008 Mr. Themistoklis Alafouzos, Managing Director of the Company (bound person according to article 13 of Law 3340/2005), bought 150.000 common shares of the Company with a total value of euro 954.000,00. Prior to the above purchase Mr. Themistoklis Alafouzos owned 3.704.000 common shares οf the 17.000.000 total common shares of the Company and 21,79% οf the Company?s voting rights. Following the above transaction Mr. Themistoklis Alafouzos owns 3.854.000 common shares and 22,67% οf the Company?s voting rights .
