The consolidated turnover of VΙΟHΑLCΟ, S.A. was increased by 12,5% in 2007, in comparison with the year 2006 and amounted to euro 3.683 mil. The consolidated profits before taxes and minority rights amounted to euro 210 mil., decreasing by 7,5%. The profits before taxes, interest and depreciation (EBITDA) amounted to euro 394 mil., showing a slight decrease of 2,7%, compared with those of 2006. The depreciation for the period, carried into the results, amounted to euro 126 mil., increasing by 2,7%. The consolidated profits after taxes and minority rights amounted to euro 84 mil., or euro 0,423 per share, decreasing by 25,8%, compared with those of 2006.
The profits after taxes of VIOHALCO, S.Α. amounted to euro 71,5 mil. or euro 0,358 per share, increasing by 90%. It will be proposed to the General Meeting of the Company's Shareholdersτων to pass a resolution for the distribution of dividend amounting to euro 0,125 per share, increased by 56%, compared with the dividend of the financial year 2006.
