Marfin Popular Bank Public Co Ltd announces in accordance to Greek Law 3556/2007, Decision 1/434/3.7.2007, Circular 33 of the Hellenic Capital Markets Commission and the Cyprus Law 190(Ι)/2007, that on 27 March, 2008 Mr Efthymios Bouloutas, Group Chief Executive Officer, proceeded with the purchase of 25.000 shares of Marfin Popular Bank of total value euro 129.250,00.
