Following previous announcements to the investor community and in reply to the letter received by the Hellenic Capital Markets Commission on March 28th, 2008, Proton Bank reports that it is not aware of any specific developments in the progress of the discussions between the shareholders of Proton Bank and Bank Hapoalim.
In line with its obligations, the Bank will immediately inform the investor community in case of any relevant developments.
