Pursuant to the resolution No 3/347/12.07.2005 of the Board of Directors of the Capital Market Commission, Emporiki Bank of Greece S.A. announces that its wholly owned subsidiary Emporiki Group Finance PLC, proceeded to one (1) senior note issue fully Guaranteed by Emporiki Bank of Greece S.A.
The note issue, having a face value of euro 300.000.000, matures in 15/04/2010 and carries a coupon of 3ΜEURIBOR + 0.69%.
The note issue was placed by the Lead Managers with Institutional Investors abroad.
