Elmec Romania SRL, a fully owned subsidiary of Elmec Sport S.A., acquired a real estate property in the main commercial street of Bucharest, for a total consideration of three million euro. The said property is adjacent to the property that already belongs to Elmec Romania SRL at the junction of the streets Magheru and Ion Campineanu. With the completion of the reconstruction of these two buildings, Elmec will create a modern upscale department store, of total surface of 12.000 sq.m. This purchase is in line with the Group's strategy, as this has been communicated during the results'conference call on March 12th 2008, and will further strengthen the position of the Group in S.E. Europe in the retail sector.
