COSMOTE MOBILE TELECOMMUNICATIONS S.A. announces, in accordance to L.3556/2007, the 1/434/3.07.2007 decision of the HCMC, art.13 L.3340/2005 and the 3/347/12.07.2005 decision of the HCMC, that OTE S.A., where Mr Panagis Vourloumis, Chairman and CEO of COSMOTE, is Chairman and CEO, on 14/3/2008 bought 29,827 common ordinary shares of the Company of a total value of 782,660 euro, on 17/3/2008 bought 9,987 common ordinary shares of the Company of a total value of 262,059 euro, on 20/3/2008 bought 4,296 common ordinary shares of the Company of a total value of 112,727 euro, on 26/3/2008 bought 54,387 common ordinary shares of the Company of a total value of 1,427,115 euro, on 27/3/2008 bought 67,554 common ordinary shares of the Company of a total value of 1,772,617 euro and on 28/3/2008 bought 95,989 common ordinary shares of the Company of a total value of 2,518,751 euro.
