CORINTH PIPEWORKS SA, pursuant to Law 3556/2007 (article 3 (ist), (bb) and article 21 in conjunction with article 11 of Decision 1/434/3-7-07 of the Hellenic Capital Market Committee) announces that SIDENOR SA, legal entity related to the Member of the Board of Directors Mr. Andreas Kyriazis, (liable person according to article 13 of Law 3340/2005), proceeded on March 07, 2008, to the purchase of 2.450.000 shares of our Company, of a total net value of 10.290.000 euro.
