Nel Lines S.A., according to law 3556/2007 (articles 3 and 21) and article 11 of decision 1/434/03.07.2007 of the Hellenic Capital Market Commission, announces that the Managing Director, Mr. Apostolos Ventouris (considered an insider according to article 13 of law 3340/2005), purchased: 150.000 common shares, with a value of Euro 95.550,00 on March 26th 2008, 20.000 common shares, with a value of Euro 13.340,00 on March 27th 2008 and 50.000 common shares, with a value of Euro 34.200,00 on March 28th 2008.
