DIAS AQUACULTURE S.A., in accordance with Law 3556/2007 and Decision 1/434/03.03.2007 (article 11) of the Hellenic Capital Market Commission, announces that on 26/03/2008, Liossis Ioannis, Independent non-executive member of the company, (person obliged to notify pursuant to article 13 of L.3340/2005), bought 4.000 common shares with voting rights of the company, with a total net value of 13.553,16 euros, on 27/03/2008 bought 6.050 common shares with voting rights of the company, with a total net value of 20.129,00 euros and on 28/03/2008 bought 27.520 common shares with voting rights of the company, with a total net value of 94.562,96 euros.
