According to the provisions of L.3556/2007 (articles 3 (xvi), (bb) and 21), in conjunction with article 11 of Decision 1/434/3.7.2007 of the Capital Markets Commission, Proton Bank reports:
- Mr. Antonios Athanassoglou, Executive Vice-Chairman of the company, on April 14th, 2008 acquired 10,675 common registered shares of Proton Bank S.A. of a total net value of Euro 73,727.40 . Additionally, on April 15th, Mr. Athanassoglou acquired 4,900 common registered shares of Proton Bank S.A. of a total net value of Euro 33,988 .
- Mr. Georgios Nikiforakis , Manager of Financial Services of the company, on April 14th, 2008 acquired 25,000 common registered shares of Proton Bank S.A. of a total net value of Euro 172,945.02. Additionally, on April 15th, 2008 Mr. Nikiforakis acquired 9,414 common registered shares of Proton Bank S.A. of a total net value of Euro 65,222.88.
