Financial Calendar - FY 2008
According to article 292 of the Regulation of the Athens Exchange, EUROMEDICA S.A. hereby informs its shareholders and investing public that:
1. The Financial Results of FY 2007 will be published in the Press on March 30, 2008 in the KERDOS and VIMA newspapers.
2. The results will also be posted on the company's website at www.euromedica.gr on the same date.
3. The annual briefing of analysts on the financial results of the Company will take place on Friday, April 18, 2008.
4. The Company?s Ordinary General Meeting will be held on Monday, May 19, 2008.
5. The ex-dividend date for the 2007 fiscal year has been set for July 10, 2008. The commencement date for the dividend payment for FY 2007 has been set for July 17, 2008. The company shall issue a new announcement on the dividend payment procedure.
