According to Law 3556/2007, Decision 1/434/03.07.2007 and Circular Νο. 33 of the Hellenic Capital Market Commission, "PEGASUS PUBLISHING S.A." announces, that Mr. Fotios G. Bobolas, Managing Director of the Company, on March 20, 2008, bought forty thousand (40.000) common shares of the Company, of total net value one hundred two thousand three hundred eighty eight Euro and 50 cents (102.388,50 euro). The above transaction was communicated to the company in accordance with Article 13, Law 3340/2005, as valid.
