In response to published articles and comments, with reference to the construction works executed in our property, covering Building Block n.45a in the District of Eleonas, we explicitly declare that, during the project's construction, we complied with all town-planning and other provisions and shall do the same until the completion of the project.
With respect to building permit n. 278/2008 issued for the construction of part of the project, we point out to those who ignore it that it is possible to obtain a permit for the construction of part of the project, provided that an Environmental Impact Study has already been submitted for approval, regarding the issue of a building permit for the entire project, which includes the part in question.
A complete file for the issuance of a building permit has already been filed with the Town-planning Department of the Municipality of Athens. The architectural drawings contained in the said file are exact copies of those submitted to the Special Environment Department of the Ministry for the Environment, Planning & Public Works on January 16, 2008, for the approval of the Environmental Impact Study.
