In the framework of the decision No 3/347/12.07.2005 made by the BoD of the Capital Market Commission, Emporiki Bank of Greece S.A. announces that:
. Mr. Georgios Evrypiotis, son of Andreas, has been appointed Head of the Retail Network Management Unit.
. Mr. Athanasios Christopoulos, son of Georgios, has been appointed Head of the Business Centers Network Management Unit.
. Mr. Antonios Leontiou, son of Dimitrios, has been appointed Head of the Network Development and Coordination Unit.
. Mrs. Despoina Tzintziou, daughter of Athanasios, has been appointed Deputy Head of the Retail Network Management Unit.
. Mr. Nikolaos Stergiakis, son of Ioannis, has been appointed Deputy Head of the Network Development and Coordination Unit.
The above mentioned appointments will be into force from 03.03.2008.
