Greek Postal Savings Bank S.A., pursuant to articles 3, 21, law 3556/2007, announces that, in accordance with article 13, law 3340/2005 and the Decision of the Hellenic Capital Market Commission no. 3/347/07.12.2005, Mr. Lampropoulos Konstantinos, non executive member of the Board of Directors of the Bank, notified that at March, 7th, 2008, proceeded in transaction by selling 3.000 common Bank`s stocks. The value of the transaction is 26.844,57 euros.
