Anonimi Naftiliaki Etereia Kritis S.A. (ANEK) would like to inform the investment community that today -March 14th, 2008- the loan restructuring process was completed. The new loan agreement was signed with a syndicate of Greek banks in which participate Piraeus Bank as agent, National Bank of Greece, Alpha Bank, Emporiki Bank of Greece and Attica Bank. With the loan restructuring the Company achieved optimum terms of repayment and the benefit from the reduction of financing cost for 2008 is estimated at approximately euro 1.8 mil. for the existing leverage.
