Consolidated results Consolidated sales of HELLENIC DUTY FREE SHOPS S.A. for 2007 reached euro 414.1 million, compared to euro 300.0 million in 2006, an increase of 38.0%. It should be noted that from the fourth quarter of 2007 the financial results of the recently acquired ELMEC SPORT are consolidated in the Group, with a sales contribution of euro 62.8 million. Earnings before interest, taxes, depreciation and amortization (EBITDA) reached euro 69.8 million from euro 64.8 million, posting an increase of 7.7%. Consolidated earnings before taxes reached euro 55.5 million while earnings after taxes and minority interests reached euro 33.5 million affected from the taxation of reserves according to Law 3220/2004 (investments of circa euro 16 million and respective taxes of circa euro 5.9 million). Finally, net consolidated earnings per share reached euro 0.637. Results of the Parent company On a parent level sales reached euro 262.5 million from euro 251.8 million, posting an increase of 4.3%. Earnings before interest, taxes, depreciation and amortization (EBITDA) reached euro 54.7 million. Earnings before taxes reached euro 49.6 million while net earnings reached euro 31.1 million affected from the taxation of reserves according to Law 3220/2004 (investments of circa ?16 million and respective taxes of circa euro 5.9 million). HELLENIC DISTRIBUTIONS - LINKS Consolidated sales of the subsidiary company HELLENIC DISTRIBUTIONS S.A. reached euro 92.6 million while EBITDA topped euro 9.6 million from euro 1.1 million in 2006, while it should be noted that since the beginning of August of 2006 its financial results include the financials of the acquired Links London Ltd. Earnings before taxes reached euro 3.7 million while net earnings after taxes reached euro 1.3 million. The respective figures for LINKS for 2007 are sales of euro 67.0 million and EBITDA of euro 8.0 million. Earnings before taxes reached euro 4.8 million and net earnings after taxes reached euro 2.4 million. ELMEC Sales of ELMEC for 2007 reached euro 211.6 million and EBITDA reached euro 24.5 million. Earnings before taxes reached euro 22.9 million while earnings after taxes and minorities reached euro 14.2 million. The financial results of ELMEC are consolidated by 91.12% in the financial results of HDFS under the full consolidation method since the last quarter of 2007. Dividend policy Finally, the Company's Board of Directors will propose to the Annual General Assembly of its Shareholders the distribution of dividend per share amounting to euro 0.66.
