Following a decision taken by the Board of Directors on 13/03/2008 and in order to correct an unintentional mistake in the "Cash Flow Statement Data" as presented in the "Summary Financial Data and Information", SingularLogic adjusted the consolidated cash flow statement for FY 2007. It must be noted that the "Balace Sheet Data" and the "P&L Statement Data" are not affected and remain as originally stated and that the "Cash Flow Statement Data" is also not affected in its totals, but only in the amounts shown below: CONSOLIDATED DATA 1.1-31.12.2007: Loans to related parties: from (17.950.000) to 0,00, Net cash flow from investing activities: from (47.664.363) to (29.714.363), Loans withdrawn: from 30.186.428 to 12.236.428, Net cash flows from financing activities from 13.830.084 to (4.119.916). The revised "Summary Financial Data and Information" is available through the company's web site since 14/03/2008.
