By enforcement of the article 4, par. 4 of the EU Directive 2273/2003, the Company Dias Porfolio Investments S.A announces purchase of own shares according with the relevant resolutions of its Annual General Meeting of its shareholders on 25.04.2007 and its Board of Directors on 18.06.2007, through the EFG Secutities (member of the Athens Stock Exchange), as follows: a) on 18/02/2008 the Company purchased 9,600 own shares at an average cost per share of 1.17 euro and a total value of 11.249 euro. b) on 19/02/2008 the Company purchased 626 own shares at an average cost per share of 1.18 euro and a total value of 737,42 euro. c) on 20/02/2008 the Company purchased 9,700 own shares at an average cost per share of 1.18 euro and a total value of 11.483,00 euro. d) on 21/02/2008 the Company purchased 12,300 own shares at an average cost per share of 1.19 euro and a total value of 14.617 euro. e) on 22/02/2008 the Company purchased 3,406 own shares at an average cost per share of 1.18 euro and a total value of 4.015,02 euro.
After the above mentioned purchases, the percentage of the treasury stock of company amounts to 3.01% of its share capital.
