Announcement of regulated information Notification of Important changes in the voting rights according to the Law. 3556/2007
Forthnet announces according to the Law 3556/2007 (art. 9, 14 and 21) in combination with the resolution 1/434/03.07.2007 of the Board of Directors of the HCMC and the Circulation Document under no 33 of the HCMC, that,
- the shareholder FORTH notified Forthnet by it's letter dated 15/2/2008 of the change of it's participation in Forthnet's share capital from 11,36 % corresponding to 4,412,465 voting rights and equal number of shares to 6,21% corresponding to 2.412.465 voting rights and equal number of shares. The transaction resulting in the above change took place on 14/2/2008.
- Mr. BJORGOLFUR THOR BJORGOLFSSON notified Forthnet by his letter dated 15/2/2008 of the change of his participation in Forthnet's share capital, he held indirectly through the companies NOVATOR CAYMAN ISLANDS, NOVATOR ONE LIMITED PARTNERSHIP and NOVATOR EQUITIES Ltd, from 10,12% corresponding to 3.934.068 voting rights and equal number of shares to 00,00%. The transaction resulting in the above change took place on 14/2/2008.
- NOVATOR CAYMAN LTD notified Forthnet by it's letter dated 15/2/2008 of the change of it's participation in Forthnet's share capital it held indirectly through the company NOVATOR ONE LIMITED PARTNERSHIP and NOVATOR EQUITIES Ltd, from 10,12% corresponding to 3.934.068 voting rights and equal number of shares to 00,00%. The transaction resulting in the above change took place on 14/2/2008.

NOVATOR EQUITIES Ltd held before the said transaction directly 2.269.068 voting rights and equal number of shares and indirectly through NORDEA BANK 1.665.000 voting rights and equal number of shares.
- Cycladic Catalyst Master Fund notified Forthnet by it's letter dated 18/2/2008 of the change of it?s direct participation in Forthnet's share capital from 5,73% corresponding to 2,244,844 voting rights and equal number of shares to 00,00%. The transaction resulting in the above change took place on 14/2/2008.
- FORGENDO LIMITED notified Forthnet by it's letter dated 14/2/2008 of the change of it's participation in Forthnet's share capital from 00,00% to 20,996% corresponding to 8.158.912 voting rights and equal number of shares. FORGENDO LIMITED also notified that it is owned by 50% by EMIRATES INTERNATIONAL TELECOMMUNICATIONS LIMITED and by 50% by GO Plc, whereas none of them exercises sole control on the company.
